The Jaguar X-Type is a compact executive car that was manufactured and marketed by Jaguar Cars from 2001 to 2009. It was available as a four-door saloon and an estate. The X-Type was Jaguar's first compact executive car since the Jaguar Mark 2 of 1959 and was the first Jaguar with all-wheel drive.
