The Porsche 944 is a sports car that was manufactured by German automobile manufacturer Porsche from 1982 to 1991. It was built to replace the 924 and eventually became one of Porsche's most successful models. The 944 featured a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout and was available in coupe and convertible body styles.
